Santini looks upon cycling as an art form in its own right, in fact, and to celebrate its 50th anniversary, it invited a group of different artists to give their own interpretation of some of its most famous cycling shirts of the past. The first collaboration was with a Italian artist, Giovanni Cavalleri. Renowned for his colourful geometric work, Cavalleri cut the original tshirt motifs into sections and then rearranged each one into a new geometric pattern.
