The award represents a milestone for DeFeet, a company that was brought to it’s knees by a devastating fire in 2001. DeFeet was chosen from a long list of great North Carolina businesses in many different business categories. Shane Cooper, DeFeet’s founder, President, and “Chief Sockologist”, received the award in person.

Igi Maximo landed 5th TOC TT

November 26, 2011:  Cebu's own Luis Miguel "Igi" Maximo (IgiMax-YKK Bikes) got 5th place in the ITT stage (Individual Time Trial) for Juniors 20 and under on today's 4th leg of the Immuvit: Race Against Time - Tour of Clark held at the Clark Freeport, Pampanga on the 26th & 27th.  He was able to overtake riders during the stage with the help of his new Ridley Dean RS TT bike and he is even using Junior gears vs open gears as Igi prepares for future UCI sanctioned races.

Igi Maximo @ Kia Ironlegs -GOOD LUCK!

Igi will be joining Kia Ironlegs in Bohol this July 23-24, 2011.  He will be racing under Men's Category C against seasoned riders since no Junior Category has been announced for this event.  Igi will be racing against father time in Stage 1 for a 15km ITT, road race on Stages 2 & 3 with 55kms & 53kms respectively.  We wish him the best and good luck!!
